These terms cover use of the public website at app.trendblis.com. They were last updated on October 22, 2026. A paid engagement is covered by its own written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with this page.

The site

The pages describe Trendblis services in general. They are an invitation to talk, not a promise of a particular result, price, or timeline. Campaign outcomes depend on the offer, the market, the budget, and the creative, and are agreed before work begins.

Inquiries

Sending a contact form or an email does not create a client relationship. Work starts only after both sides agree in writing on scope and fees.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break the contact form, or send unlawful, misleading, or abusive messages. We may ignore or block messages that do.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and images on this site belong to Trendblis unless noted. You may share links to the pages. You may not copy the site design or present it as your own.

Liability

The site is provided as available. Trendblis is not liable for decisions made solely from these pages, or for interruptions in hosting. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
