What we collect

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to send: name, email address, company, the service you are asking about, and your message. The site also receives ordinary server logs, such as browser type, referring page, and the time of the request, which the hosting provider keeps for security and operations.

How we use it

We use contact details to reply, to discuss a possible engagement, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell this information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward in case we need to refer back to what was agreed. You can ask us to delete a message thread by writing to tools@trendblis.com.

Sharing

The website is hosted so the pages can be served to visitors. Email is delivered to the Trendblis mailbox. We do not pass contact-form contents to advertising networks.

Your choices

You may email tools@trendblis.com instead of using the form. You may ask what we hold about you from a specific inquiry and ask us to correct or delete it, subject to any record we are required to keep.
